Eligibility for Refunds

Not every situation qualifies for a refund, and that's something we're upfront about. Our programs require significant resource allocation once you're enrolled—instructor time, platform access, and materials preparation all begin immediately.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Within 7 days of enrollment, before accessing any course materials or live sessions
  • If a program is cancelled by Arylextronex due to insufficient enrollment or scheduling conflicts
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the learning platform for more than 5 consecutive business days
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors that result in overcharging your account

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After you've attended any live session or accessed downloadable course materials
  • More than 7 days after your initial enrollment date
  • Change of mind after starting the program or viewing course content
  • Inability to complete the program due to personal scheduling conflicts
  • Dissatisfaction with teaching style or program structure after participation has begun

Refund Processing and Timelines

Once we approve your refund, the processing timeline depends on your original payment method. We initiate refunds quickly, but your financial institution controls when funds actually appear in your account.

Credit/Debit Cards

Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after approval. Your bank's processing time affects the exact timeline—some banks are faster than others.

You'll see the refund as a credit on your statement, often labeled as "Arylextronex Refund" or similar.

Bank Transfers

Direct bank transfer refunds can take 7-14 business days depending on your bank's international transfer policies and verification requirements.

We'll need your complete banking details, including IBAN and SWIFT code, to process these refunds accurately.

What Happens After Approval

Day 1: We process your refund in our system and send confirmation to your email address.

Days 2-3: The refund is transmitted to your payment provider or bank.

Days 5-14: Funds appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing schedule.

If you don't see your refund within the expected timeframe, contact your bank first. They can track incoming credits and explain any delays on their end.

Partial Refunds and Special Cases

Some situations don't fit neatly into full refund or no refund categories. Here's how we handle those scenarios.

Program Cancellations by Arylextronex

If we cancel a program after you've enrolled, you'll receive a full refund with no questions asked. This happens rarely—usually when enrollment numbers don't meet minimum requirements or we face unexpected instructor availability issues.

We'll notify you at least 10 days before the scheduled start date and process your refund within 5 business days of the cancellation announcement.

Technical Access Issues

Extended technical problems on our platform might qualify you for a partial refund, depending on how long the issues persist and how much content you've already accessed.

We assess these on a case-by-case basis. Document the technical issues you're experiencing and contact our support team immediately so we can attempt to resolve them first.

Payment Plan Refunds

If you're on a payment plan and request a refund, we'll refund payments you've already made minus any portion that corresponds to materials accessed or sessions attended. Future scheduled payments will be cancelled immediately.

Bundle Programs

For bundled programs purchased at a discounted rate, refunds are calculated based on the discounted price you paid, not the individual course prices. Partial bundle refunds aren't available once you've started any component of the bundle.

Early Bird and Promotional Pricing

Refunds for programs purchased during promotional periods are processed at the price you actually paid. Promotional discounts don't affect your refund eligibility—the same 7-day window and access restrictions apply.

What's Not Refundable

Certain components of our programs involve immediate costs that we can't recover once they're delivered. These items aren't eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already been scheduled or completed
  • Physical materials shipped to your address, including books or course materials
  • Access to proprietary tools or third-party software licenses activated on your behalf
  • Administrative or processing fees for international payments (typically 3-5% of transaction value)
  • Certification exam fees paid to external accreditation bodies

Alternatives to Refunds

Sometimes a refund isn't the best solution. We're open to discussing alternatives that might better serve your needs:

Program Transfers

If timing is your issue, you might be able to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same program. This works well if your schedule changed unexpectedly but you still want to complete the education.

Transfer requests must be made at least 10 days before your current program starts, and you can typically transfer once without additional fees.

Course Substitutions

Realize you enrolled in the wrong program? We might allow you to switch to a different program of equal or lesser value within the first 7 days, assuming you haven't accessed significant content yet.

Account Credit

Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you could opt for account credit to use toward future Arylextronex programs. This often provides more flexibility and can sometimes include a small bonus percentage.

Dispute Resolution

If we deny your refund request and you disagree with the decision, you can request a review from our program director. Send your appeal to [email protected] with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line.

Include any additional information or context that wasn't part of your original request. We'll conduct a secondary review within 5 business days and provide a final decision.
